Robin serves as the Director of Refund Coordination at Protax, LLC. She works closely with county officials in nearly all of California’s 58 counties, securing crucial refund information resulting from the successful appeals managed by the Protax, LLC appraisal team. Each county has its own set of rules and procedures, presenting a unique array of challenges with no standardization across counties. Robin maintains a historical record of these varying protocols, which must be meticulously followed to successfully retrieve the sought-after refund information. These procedures are often subject to sudden changes, depending on the individual in charge.

Robin possesses a rare combination of patience and perseverance, enabling her to navigate through the labyrinth of counties and personalities. Retrieving refund information is the final step in a long and arduous appeal process.

Since joining the team in December 2007, Robin has specialized in delivering exceptional service to clients through her meticulous attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys interior design, floral arranging, music, Cavaliers, and spending quality time with her family.
