Joy is a Junior Administrative Assistant at Protax, LLC, specializing in data entry to verify County Tax/Assessor record information across multiple counties. Her responsibilities include updating late/delinquent accounts, verifying property values before hearing dates, and coordinating client communications within her team. Joy is known for her self-motivation, multitasking skills, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record keeping.
Before joining Protax, LLC, Joy worked at Eviromatrix, LLC, collecting water samples and conducting tests. She also managed a United Pacific store for over 12 years while earning certificates in Wastewater and Water Technology from Palomar College.
Outside of work, Joy thrives in outdoor activities, from hiking in the mountains to riding her motorcycle along the coast. She finds joy in gardening, community involvement, and volunteering with nonprofit organizations.
