Joanna Foley

Joanna is an accomplished finance professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Joanna serves as the Director of Finance at Protax, LLC and is responsible for the economic health of the organization. She also supervises a TEAM that collects county information utilized by Protax, LLC to service its clients efficiently and effectively. She has a proven track record of implementing strategies that drive growth, enhance profitability, and strengthen overall performance.

Before joining the Protax LLC team, Joanna was a member of eight LLCs, three of which used retirement accounts to buy and sell property. She also held a C-33 California Contractor’s License for over 17 years and has an extensive accounting and auditing background. She joined the Protax, LLC team in 2012. Outside of work, Joanna enjoys art, reading non-fiction, cooking, and gardening.
