Javier Cervantes

Javier Cervantes is a Real Estate Analyst at Protax, LLC, where he appraises real property for ad valorem taxation throughout the state of California.  Javier joined the Protax, LLC team in April of 2022 and specializes in the valuation of single-family residential properties and income producing properties.  He also specializes in the application of events that are considered “changes in ownership” as defined by the California Revenue and Taxation Code.

Javier enjoys spending time with his family and traveling whenever possible.  Javier has 14 years of experience working in several county Assessor’s offices and is familiar with the terminology used within the entire assessment process.
