Bill Kritzer

Bill is a Senior Commercial Property Tax Analyst with over 15 years of experience, having secured more than $2.6 billion in property tax assessment reductions for approximately 3,000 commercial property owners represented by Protax, LLC. This achievement has led to combined client tax savings exceeding $2.6 million. Bill’s extensive real estate background has equipped him to handle a wide range of commercial properties valued between $2 million and $50 million.

Since joining the Protax, LLC team on June 15, 2009; exactly 19 years after the company’s founding in 1990, Bill has dedicated the past 15 years to expanding his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal. Bill brought his extensive expertise to Protax, LLC after previous roles at Appraisal Pacific and Integra Realty Resources. Bill specializes in appeal appraisal review, compliance, and board appearances, excelling in negotiating with county assessors statewide to secure the greatest possible tax savings for Protax, LLC’s clients.

Bill holds a BA in Economics from San Diego State University and resides in Carlsbad, where he enjoys golfing, rock climbing, and parasailing.
